ice blue mittens

..
Winter is on its way. Right?
.
Every night our son prays for at least 20 inches of snow. And we know God hears all prayers, but so far He is just sending 50* weather.
.

Maybe crocheting ice blue mittens will speed along some frigid snowy weather....

The yarn is from my stash of scraps; the hook -- size J and the pattern from here.
.
*sigh* Yes, that book again.
.
.

Okay. Now for some serious snow because these are so soft & so warm.

I hope your son gets some snow! We have some snow in the forecast this week, he can have ours! Love the mittens and the slouch hat. Did you know Mary Jane had a blog? Have a nice week! Twyla

Just beautiful!! I love that colours, but here at the south of Spain it is hot. We have a very strange autumn, we are still wearing summer clothes.

I adore these mittens! They remind me of the perfect winter snow. Oh, and thanks for the tip on the Carasol yarn, the colors are amazing!
